When will we see our highlight reel?

It takes about 4~8 weeks (depending on our editing schedule)

 

Can we make changes to the final Highlight video? 

Yes, we allow couples to have one-time changes to the Highlight video. There will be an additional charge of $150~$250, depending on how complicated the re-edit works.

 

Can we choose our own Music or Song for Highlight?

Yes, please send me the song or music in mp3 format before your wedding date. But, we highly recommend using our licensed music, so you have no problem sharing your highlight on social media.

 

 

How long are the ceremony and reception edits?

Ceremony edits are usually around 15-20+ minutes, depending on the length of your ceremony and how much pre-ceremony footage we captured. Reception edits can range from 20-50 minutes, depending on how many wedding activities you have at your reception and the length of them.

 

If we were interested, could we receive our raw footage?

Yes, raw footage is available as a separate contract. The raw footage is all the complete video and audio clips straight from our cameras. The final product will be encoded to MPG4 format.

 

 

How long do you keep a master copy of our video on file?

We keep raw footage on file for only two months after you have received your wedding video. We keep an Edited Video (If you have Add-on in your package) on hand for two years after your wedding date. After that time period, we cannot guarantee that we will have your video.

 

 

How much do we need to put down to reserve our wedding date when we sign our contract?

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the package is required to reserve your wedding date with us.

 

What is the booking process?

After we know you are interested to hire us. I will send you the personal details form. Then, we'll send you the Invoice with the contract once we received the details form.  After you drop the deposit via online transfer, mailing a check, Paypal, or Venmo for confirmation, and also resending the contract with signature to us, we will revise the updated invoice with a deposit to you again. The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to the wedding date OR on the wedding date by Cash.

 

Do you mic the groom?

Yes, we definitely do! We have a small lavaliere mic that we pin to the groom’s lapel (or shirt) that allows us to capture the audio from your ceremony.

 

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

We have 2-3 cameras rolling at all times, and 3-5 audio sources (3 from cameras and 2 dedicated audio devices). We have several spare batteries and SD cards as well in case any of those fail.

 

 

How do we get our wedding videos when you are finished?

We will mail the USB to you after we have done the editing.
